Melissa’s Yoga Routine

Hello colourful M&Ms, This is our very first post that goes under ‘lifestyle’. I would like to share with you the yoga session that I’ve been following these months. Most of the people think yoga is some very relaxing, zen and easy type of exercise. DON’T UNDERESTIMATE IT! Well.. of course it’s less intense than cardio or cross-fitting but it’s still an exercise that uses your own body weight to work them muscles! You get to stay zen but at the same time think of your breathing rhythm, feel your body and every muscle and get the right pose! You gotta be multitasking but stay calm. See, it’s not easy at all! I’ve been practicing yoga with this video for quite some time, and boys & girls let me tell you something, this session really
